Well-being at school -project
MIELI Mental Health Ostrobothnia and the Department of Psychology at Jyväskylä University have developed the mobile game Magis and a group model to strengthen children’s mental health and prevent bullying. They make a stepwise staggered model for teaching well-being skills to children in grades 4-6 based on acceptance and value-based approaches. The ACT method, its principles and processes are used in both.

Project
MAGIS learning game is designed to improve psychological well-being. Since, many anti-bullying programmes involve a lot of time and effort from the school, teachers, and the parents, it has been important to develop an easily available psychological intervention for schools.
